IMH Machine Lines

IMH Machine lines

IMH offers a large variety of pallet manufacturing solutions. All from standalone machines to automated production lines. When designing a new solution, a lot of parameters need to be taken into consideration such as pallet types, production volumes, material flows, factory space, available operators etc. We at IMH prefer to take a consultative approach together with you as a customer with the ambition to find the most efficient solution for your operation.

In addition to the description and technical data sheets of our individual machines (IMH Machines) we have created a set of example lines below, along with some of the most common options to illustrate how an IMH solution can look like. Far from all variants, options and layouts are described through these examples. For a more thorough presentation of our solutions, please get in contact with us (Contacts) for a first consultation to support the next step for your operation.

4-way entry pallet machine line

The line below has all machinery needed to produce and stack 4-way entry pallets. It produces legs and decks efficiently in separate machines where two operators are needed to feed ingoing material. The legs and decks are fed by a third operator into the assembly machine that nails the complete pallet together. The assembly machine is followed by a stacker with nesting possibities.

Modular options

Depending on your operation we can offer you several options to create the most efficient production line. Below we show some of the most common add-ons.

  • Deck and leg feeding automation
A robot solution between the machines can be added to feed the assembly machine with legs and decks. By doing that we can remove one operator and increase production efficiency.
  • Bottom boards
After the pallet is assembled another nailing machine can be placed together with a flip flop unit to nail boards under the pallet such as bottom boards or perimeter boards.
  • Board feeding automation
Besides the automated feeding of decks and legs into the assembly machine we have also developed a standardized solution for feeding boards into all our nailing machines automatically. By doing this, workload is removed from the operators.
  • After treatment
Before the stacker we have possibilities to add after treatment units for:
    • Branding
    • Chamfering
    • Corner cutting
